Welcome to our holiday home in Urb Arroyo de las Piedras, a short distance from the center of Marbella and only a 10-minute drive from Puerto Banús. The apartment is located next to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, there are also many golf courses nearby.
This luxurious vacation home is built on two floors, it has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, a modern kitchen with utility room and a small toilet.
The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, en-suite bathrooms (both with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet) and an exit to their own terrace with great privacy.
The living-dining room has a sofa with a dining table and 2 armchairs to enjoy with family and friends or to watch TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster. There is also a small utility room with washer and dryer.
The two terraces are perfect for relaxing reading or having breakfast before starting the day.
There is also WIFI available in all rooms.
In addition, a garage space directly below the building is included in the rent, where it can be accessed directly via the elevator.

The complex has an outdoor pool to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun on the Costa del Sol in the summer months. The guest has unrestricted access to all the community facilities.
