Welcome to the magnificent vacation apartment that we offer on the first line of golf in Río Real, Marbella, 2 minutes by car from the beach, with high-speed Internet and Smart TV where you can enjoy Netflix, HBO, etc.
This spacious and bright apartment is located in the Greenlife Village urbanization in the heart of Río Real. The apartment is distributed on one floor.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with access to the large two-room terrace, the chill-out area with a large outdoor sofa and the dining area with an outdoor table to enjoy a dinner with friends or family. There is also a large terrace at the rear of the apartment.
Directly at the entrance is the living/dining room with a large dining table with 6 chairs, the living room has a large sofa with room for the whole family to enjoy movie or game nights. The terrace is very large and faces west, so you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun.
On the right side of the entrance is the kitchen with direct access to the rear terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, blender, American fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. Also fully equipped with all kinds of cutlery, glassware, crockery and kitchenware.
The main bedroom has a 180×200 bed with direct access to the terrace that connects the bedroom with the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The second bedroom has two 90x200m beds and the third bedroom also has two 90x200m beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
Both bedrooms share a bathroom.
We provide you with bed linen and bath towels so that you only need to bring your personal belongings to enjoy your vacation in Elviria Hills. All bathrooms have underfloor heating for cooler days.
The apartment has central air conditioning and heating.
The Greenlife Village residential complex is located on the Río Real golf course, just 5 minutes' drive from Marbella. Supermarkets (Supersol and Opencor) are only 7 minutes away by car. The beach can be reached on foot in max. 15 minutes. Malaga airport is about 35 minutes away.
There is also a parking space in the Urbanization. A well-kept community area with swimming pools.
